To ensure an excellent experience for all guests, we rely on mutual respect:
Always accompanied: Your pet feels safer with you. To prevent the new environment from causing them anxiety or unexpected noises, we ask that they never be left alone in the suite.
Walks around the hotel: In the common areas, we always move around on a leash (and identification tag) for everyone's safety.
Outdoor access: Our reception is open 24 hours a day so you can go for a walk and relieve yourself in the hotel's surroundings whenever you need to.
Care of the space: Upon arrival and departure, we will conduct a brief inspection of the suite together. We trust that, as good travel companions, you will take care of the facilities so that they always look spotless.
Note: In exceptional cases where the rest of other guests is seriously affected by noise or persistent stress from the animal, we will work together to find a solution, reserving the right to request the eviction of the suite if strictly necessary to maintain the tranquil atmosphere of the hotel.
